How We Can Help

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the most extensively researched and evidence based psychological therapies available. It has been shown to be effective for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including, generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, illness anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, stress and burnout. We also provide neuro affirming CBT for ADHD, supporting individuals to better understand their unique experiences, recognise their strengths, and develop personalised strategies that work with, rather than against, the way they think, learn and engage with the world. You do not need a formal diagnosis to benefit from CBT. Whether you're looking to better understand unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping strategies or create meaningful change in your life, ActiveCBT provides personalised, evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Clinical Supervision and Professional Training

ActiveCBT offers clinical supervision and professional training for counsellors, psychotherapists, mental health clinicians and students looking to enhance their CBT knowledge, strengthen their clinical skills and build confidence in practice. Supervision is practical, collaborative and tailored to your individual learning and professional development goals.

ActiveCBT is an independent private practice providing specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy through secure telehealth. Medicare rebates are not available. Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
